
PERSONAL TRAINING
Have you ever wanted to start exercising and strength training but are too nervous to step into a gym as you feel like all eyes are on you. They aren’t, I promise but I also understand this feeling as this was me a few years ago. I started working out from home with friends and fell in love with it but as time went on I knew I needed to progress from HIIT type workouts to lifting weights, so a group of us joined the local gym. For the first few months, we stuck to the cardio section and classes, until we invested in a PT. From there the gym for me changed and I stopped killing myself on the stairmaster and cross trainer and walked confidently into the “scary” weights area, knowing I was there to work on me and no one around me mattered. At that time, I was in my mid 30’s and wanted to start focusing on myself and investing time into me, which I hadn’t been doing for years. Sounds dramatic but for the gym for me has changed my life.
During this time I just happened to close my home baking business and when making the decision on what to do next, I just loved the idea of helping others to feel better in their bodies, to regain a bit of themselves that they may have lost over the years and help women navigate through a rough period of their lives (the peri/menopause!). So I invested in a PT and nutrition course and have spent the last few years gaining knowledge and skills so that I make this dream a reality.
Fast forward to now and welcome to Fuelled Fitness, personal training and nutrition coaching based in West Oxfordshire. I have spent time thinking of what someone like me back before I started working out would have needed from a coach and have created a service based around this. I have built a private gym within my home, where you can come and feel comfortable working out with no judgement, no one watching you and still with all the high-quality equipment you would find in a gym. As no one person is the same and time will initially be taken to get to know you, what your goals are and how your lifestyle will impact your needs, from that we can create a bespoke programme that works for you, around you (this is the important bit as it has to work within your lifestyle).
I truly believe that my role as a coach is not just to give you a programme and send you off on your own to get on with it, but that it is to be there for you throughout your time with me, giving you that extra motivation you need on days when life just life’s and you need some extra support, to encourage you when it that time (or times) of the month when energy levels are low and hormones are all over the place, and to be your biggest cheerleader always. 1-2-1 training will include a weekly check in but support, help and advice is there for you at any time. You will be given access to an app that will have all your programmes and workouts there for you, along with some extra features to support your journey but don’t worry I will take you through exactly how the app works after you sign up.

Because it really frustrates me when I go to a website and have to contact them to find out how much the service is, I have given my main packages below but if you have any different requirements I am happy to discuss them with you. 1-2-1 Personal Training
I-2-1 Personal Training monthly package that includes 4 Personal Training sessions per month.
£200 per month.

2 Person Personal Training
If you would like to train with a partner I offer a package for 2.
This monthly package will include 4 Personal Training sessions together a month.
£140 per person, per month.

Extra 1 Hour Sessions for Existing Clients
Ad hoc 1 hour personal training session in my gym.

In this initial meet up we will talk about what it is you want to gain from your training and get an understanding of your current lifestyle and how this will impact your training needs. We can look a short and long term goals, take measurements (if you want to) and get to know each other. It is just as important that you get to know me and feel comfortable around me too!

From our initial consultation I will create a programme that is tailored to your needs, requirements and goals.

All sessions take place in my private gym (just us in the room). Using high quality equipment you would find in all gyms.

Each week we will go over your pervious week and make any changes that are required. We will work around any upcoming challenges together and I will give you help and advice on anything you have struggled with that week. It’s a time for us to reflect and plan for the next week.

You will be provided with access to an app where you will find all your training programmes, log your workouts, log your daily nutrition, complete check ins and much more. All this will be shown to you when you join.

We will have our main weekly check in’s but my help and support is there throughout your journey with me. You will not be given a programme and left to it, we will work together to help you achieve your goals and that will mean support when you need it, not just once a week.
