If you’re a woman in your 30s, 40s, 50s or beyond, chances are life feels very full. You’re juggling work, family, responsibilities… and somewhere along the way your own wellbeing has slipped down the list.
You may have started noticing the shifts that come with perimenopause and menopause — weight changing (often around the middle), energy dipping, sleep feeling different, or your body not responding the way it used to. It can feel frustrating, especially when what used to work no longer does.
And yet, this is exactly the time when looking after your body matters most.
Strength training becomes one of the most powerful tools you have — helping to support muscle, protect your bones, improve energy, and keep you feeling strong, capable and independent as you move through this stage of life and beyond.
But walking into a gym can feel intimidating. Especially if you’ve never lifted weights before, or you’re not feeling completely at home in your body right now.
That’s exactly why I created my private personal training space.
I’m Kate — a qualified personal trainer, a busy mum in my 40s, and someone who truly understands the reality of navigating midlife while trying to look after everyone else. I’ve also completed specialist training in menopause becoming a certified menopause coach. I understand how your body is changing and how both exercise and nutrition need to adapt to support your biology during this stage of life.
All of my sessions take place in my fully equipped private home gym, where it’s just you and me. No crowds, no judgement, no feeling like anyone is watching. Just a calm, supportive space where you can focus on yourself and what your body needs right now.
Whether you’re completely new to strength training or looking to rebuild confidence in your body, I’ll guide you every step of the way — safely, effectively and at a pace that works for you.
My goal isn’t just to help you exercise. It’s to help you feel stronger, more energised, and back in control of your body again.
Because this stage of life isn’t about slowing down — it’s about supporting yourself in a different, smarter way. I like to think of it as an opportunity to upgrade — a chance to reset, refocus, and decide how you want the next chapter of your life to look and feel.

1-2-1 Personal Training
A 4 week package which includes 4 (one per week) Personal Training sessions in my home gym in Aston.
£200 per month.

2-2-1 Personal Training
If training with a friend makes you feel more comfortable, I offer a package for 2.
This 4 week package will include 4 Personal Training sessions together, one per week.
£140 per person.

Extra 1 Hour Sessions for Existing Clients
Ad hoc 1 hour personal training session.
£35 each.

Initial Consultation
We’ll start with a relaxed consultation where we can get to know each other. We’ll talk through your goals, your lifestyle, and any challenges we may need to work around — including any changes you’re noticing in your body. Together, we’ll look at what’s happening and what we can do to support you, so we can create a plan that truly works for you.
Personal Training Sessions
Weekly 1-to-1 sessions in my fully equipped private home gym. Every session is tailored to your experience level, fitness level and personal goals, ensuring you train safely and effectively.
Personalised Training Programme
You’ll receive a tailored programme to follow between sessions. This can be designed for home workouts or for the gym, depending on what works best for your routine.
At-Home Workouts
You’ll also have access to my YouTube workouts so you can train with me from home whenever it suits you.
Nutrition Guidance
Simple, realistic nutrition advice to help support your training and overall health — without restrictive dieting.
Progress Tracking App
You’ll have access to an easy-to-use app where you can track your workouts, log your meals, monitor progress and stay accountable.
Recipes & Meal Inspiration
A selection of recipes complete with calorie and macro information to help you stay on track while still enjoying your food.
