WELCOME TO FUELLED FITNESS 

Hi, I am Kate and I offer personal training and nutrition coaching in Aston, West Oxfordshire.

My aim when setting up Fuelled Fitness was to create an environment where people can feel comfortable exercising, without the fear of any judgement. My hope is to help women, like me regain or have for the first time confidence in their own bodies. I understand that life has its ups and downs and that not every day or week is the same. And that is ok, I am here to help and support my clients through their daily life struggles, keeping them on their fitness journey when life gets tough.

As women we may be working full time, be mums to small (or big ) children, be going through hormone changes (post natal or menopausal) and making time for everyone else other than ourselves. I believe we should make sure we take time for us, to do something that is just for us and no-one else. That isn’t selfish, it is filling our cup up so that we can be the best version of ourselves for everyone else. For me it is about training for my future self, so that I can thrive as I age rather than just survive. As we age we lose our muscle mass and building this now will help us in the future to stay independent and active. I do truly believe I am a much happier person when I workout and eat well, which definitely benefits my family.

Together we will make changes that will improve the quality of your life so that you can become the best version of yourself. It is not about comparing yourself to someone else and wishing you could look like them, as realistically as we all have different genetic make ups and it won’t happen. Instead it is about working with your body, creating the best version of you and learning to love yourself. You deserve to feel that way!
