I’m Kate, and I offer personal training and nutrition coaching in Aston, West Oxfordshire.
As a qualified personal trainer and certified advanced menopause coach, I am passionate about supporting women through every stage of life, especially the menopause transition. I believe this phase doesn’t have to feel confusing or overwhelming. With the right knowledge, support, and approach, it can be a time to rebuild strength, confidence, and wellbeing.
My aim when setting up Fuelled Fitness was to create an environment where people feel comfortable exercising, without fear of judgement. I want to help women (like myself) regain, or even discover for the first time, confidence in their own bodies.
I understand that life has its ups and downs, and that not every day or week will feel the same, especially when hormones are shifting. Whether you’re navigating menopause, postnatal changes, or simply the demands of a busy life, I am here to guide and support you through it all, helping you stay consistent even when life feels challenging.
As women, we often juggle so much (careers, families, and the needs of everyone around us) while putting ourselves last. Add hormonal changes into the mix, and it can feel even harder. But taking time for yourself isn’t selfish, it’s essential. It’s about filling your own cup so you can show up as your best self for everything and everyone else.
For me, fitness is about training for my future self so I can thrive as I age, not just survive. As we get older, particularly through menopause, we naturally lose muscle mass. Strength training and good nutrition are key to maintaining independence, energy, and overall health.
Through my coaching, I want to pass on knowledge, empower women, and help them understand what’s happening in their bodies so they can feel in control, not held back.
Together, we’ll make realistic, sustainable changes that improve your quality of life. This isn’t about comparing yourself to others or striving for unrealistic ideals. We all have different bodies and genetics. It’s about working with your body, creating the best version of you, and learning to truly appreciate and respect yourself.
